Issue: If the user faces the alert message "Request failed with status code 401".

Reason: If any user gets the alert message "Request failed with status code 401" then it means the session has expired.

Solution: If you are getting that alert message then wait for 2 to 10 seconds then you are getting  logout button. if you are not getting a log-out button pop-up then log out and log in again.
