Issue: As an agent, you faced the alert message "Tata Tele Service- Agent is offline".
Reason: When you log in with your cred on RTMS then at the same time using the third-party API of Tata you logged in on TATA TELE previous session for TATA TELE login is 3600 seconds (1 hour).
Solution: Inform IT Department regarding this issue.
Note for IT Department: Put Agent Status as Active in TATA TELE.
Note for Devloper: Devloper has to put a permanent token in DB for that resource and also set expiration time -1.
